He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Fred and Mary Ratliff Campbell; his wife Mildred Claire "Millie" Baker Campbell; his brother-in-law William "Bill" Johnson; and his nephew William.
He is survived by: his sister Goldia Johnson of Chesterfield, SC; his godchildren, Marla Jacobs, Chelza White Leviner, Douglass Ross Campbell and Clay Demby Campbell; his cousins, Ronnie Campbell and Johnny Campbell of Chesterfield, SC; his aunt Louise Ratliff Allen of Indianapolis, IN.; and also, Johnny Bittle, Dakota, Kieran and Kyndall.
