She was predeceased by: her parents, William Leroy and Edna Rebecca Holden Phillips; her husband Franklin Delano Watts; her siblings, Sammie Lee "Buster" Phillips, William E. "Billy" Phillips and Sara Frances McManus; and her half-brothers, Rev. Oria E. Phillips of Chalmers Phillips, W. L and Taskel Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Eubanks (Derryl) of Jefferson, SC, Sharon Hancock of Indian Land, SC, Frankie Daryl Watts (Erika) of Columbia, SC and Bridgette Reeves (Bobby) of Kershaw, SC; her grandchildren, Amanda Kitchen (Joe), Abbygail Nims (Andrew), Olivia Watts, Holden Watts, Brittany Reeves and Brandon Reeves; her great grandchildren, Jasmine Kitchen, Jordan Kitchen and Jacob Kitchen; and her sister Sue Ellis of Washington, DC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
