He was predeceased by: his parents, Reece Roscoe and Bernice Russell Roscoe; his brother William Kenneth Roscoe; and his sister-in-law Margaret Ann Roscoe. He is survived by: his significant other Marie Garza; his sons, Russell Scott Roscoe of Cheraw, SC and Roddy Jasper Roscoe (April) of Charleston, SC; his grandchildren, Lilly Monroe Roscoe, Presley Ann Roscoe and Waylon Roddy Roscoe; his brother Steven Reece Roscoe of Cheraw, SC; his nephew Jay Roscoe (Amy); and his niece Jennifer "Jenny" Roscoe of Cheraw, SC. He is also survived by 2 great nieces, and 1 great nephew.
