He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Anna Pettry Baskins. He is survived by: his father Harvey Ray Baskins of Cheraw, SC; his wife Nancy Baskins; his daughter Jami Baskins of Cheraw, SC; and his sisters, Patricia Baskins (Joe), Corcia and Tammy Baskins of Indiana.
