He was predeceased by: his siblings, Erline Blackwell Moore and Bill Blackwell; and his siblings-in-law, Knox Moore and Sarah Blackwell. He is survived by: his siblings, Bonnie Bell Blackwell of Chesterfield, SC and Gandhi Blackwell of Chesterfield, SC; and also Tracy Gooding. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to concerns with Covid-19, the family requests social distancing practices be followed for those attending the service.
