She is survived by: her siblings, James Charles "J. C." Thurman (Linda) of Ruby, SC, Luke Thurman of Ruby, SC, Buster Thurman (Teena) of Simpsonville, SC and Mary "Charlie" Deese (David) of Ruby, SC; and her sister-in-law Brenda Thurman of Ruby, SC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
