He is survived by: his parent Lurline Douglas Jacobs; his children, Mark O. Jacobs (Casey Wiles) and Gabby of Clemmons, NC; his grandson Seth H. Jacobs; his godchild Kadee Herring (Jason) of Chesterfield, SC; his siblings, Carroll Jacobs (Nancy) of Chesterfield, SC and Joy Hardison (Lawson) of Chesterfield, SC; and his friend Tommy Campbell of Chesterfield, SC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
