She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Spofford and Mary Lou Leonard Wallace; her husband Henry C. Mauldin; her brother Carroll Wallace; and her niece Michelle "Toot" Webster.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Johnson of Chesterfield, SC; her grandchildren, Paige Lindsey (Derry) of Chesterfield, SC and Brittany Johnson (Ryan Turner) of Chesterfield, SC; her great grandchild Derrion Kody "Tank" Lindsey; her stepdaughter Barbara Koshar of Cheraw, SC; her sister-in-law Linda Jenkins of Cary, NC; her niece Crystal Johnson (Jake); her great-nephews, Wade and Waylon of Mt. Croghan, SC.; her son Jerry C. Deese of Irmo, SC; and her close friends, Peggy, Dot, Goldie and Eva.
