It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Riley Spencer (Chesterfield, South Carolina), who passed away on July 7, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Peoples and Anna Mary Kyle Riley; her husband Fred Monroe Spencer, Sr.; her son William Bradley Spencer; her granddaughter Faith Spencer; and her brother James Riley.
She is survived by: her children, James Spencer (Joyce) of Rising Sun, MD, Brian Spencer (Anita) of Chesterfield, SC, Fred Spencer (Renea) of Ruby, SC, Dale Spencer of Wallace, SC and Anna Smith of Wallace, SC; and her sisters, Mary Ann Foard of Colora, MD, Marion Brinsfield of Rock Hill, SC and Marjorie Gilbert of Rising Sun, MD. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 5 step great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
