She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Alford "Sweet" and Bessie Jane Allen Gulledge; her children, Mickey Short, Jerry Sanders and Peggy Hatcher; and her brothers, Leon A. Gulledge, Jr., Alan Gulledge and Wayne Gulledge.
She is survived by: her daughter Ramona Posey (Butch) of Robbinsville, NC. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
