He is survived by: his son Terry Wayne Weaver (Elaine Quick) of Cheraw, SC; his grandchildren, Seth Hatcher and Conner Hatcher; his sister Wanda Shaw of Lexington, NC; his sister-in-law Sarah Loflin (Herbert) of Cheraw, SC; his great-nieces, Nikki Griggs (Devin Tolson) and Megan McDowell (Justin); his great-nephew Sam Loflin; his close friend James "Lanky" Dixon; and also, Sadie McDowell, Kolby McDowell and Michelle Griggs (Vincent James) of Cheraw, SC.
