With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda Gibson Perry (Chesterfield, South Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 15, 2024 at the age of 83. As Linda Gibson departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Linda Gibson. Though Linda Gibson may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Van Burren "Bill" and Vera Rushing Gibson; her husband Ralph Hildreth; and her aunt Naomi Gibson Snipes. She is survived by: her children, English Perry Griggs (Mitch) of Davidson, NC and Bill Perry (Christie Moore) of Cheraw, SC; and her grandchildren, Camden Griggs of Dallas, TX, Collin Griggs of Charleston, SC and Landon Perry of Chesterfield, SC.
