He was predeceased by: his parents, Sampford Leonard and Ethel Jane Briggs Moore; his wife Marilyn Rivers Moore; his sister Lyvonne M. Lear; and his grandson Kristopher John Basha.
He is survived by: his daughter Vicky Moore Basha of Florence, SC; his granddaughter Kathryn Lynne Basha; his close friends, Dean and Jo Curtis of Chesterfield, SC; and his nieces, Dianne Lear of Chesterfield, SC, Fran Lear of Chesterfield, SC, Twilla Rivers of Chesterfield, SC, Wanda Dixon, Nena Stone, Hope Castor and Shelley Webster.
