He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Frazier and Edith Freeman Frazier; and his sisters, Patricia Frazier Davis and Sandra Frazier Pate. He is survived by: his wife Nina Fowler; his children, John Larry "Johnny" Frazier, Jr. of Cheraw, SC, Christopher Ryan Frazier (Jessica) of Cheraw, SC and Chastity Davis (Mitch) of Cheraw, SC; his grandchildren, Summer Frazier, Autumn Frazier and Tyson James Davis; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Davis of Cheraw, SC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
