She is survived by: her family JoAnn; her husband Wayne Spivey; her daughter Sheila Thomas (Sean Carroll) of Cheraw, SC; her siblings, Jan Thomas (Steve) of Patrick, SC, Donna Robertson (Tim) of Hartsville, SC, Brenda Boswell (Greg) of Wadesboro, NC and Dean Williams (Jeanette) of Hartsville, SC; her godson Zach Thomas of Mint Hill, NC; her mother-in-law Doris Spivey of Raleigh, NC; and her sister-in-law Judy Youngkin (Mike) of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by 4 nieces; 1 nephew; 5 great nieces; and 9 great nephews.
