He was predeceased by: his parents, Chap L. Sullivan and Bessie Pittman Sullivan; his son Melvin "Gene" Davis; and his siblings, David, Everett Sullivan, Letha Donahue, Beatrice Allen, Dorothy Huggins, Yvonne Steen, Gladys Lear and Elma S. McKinny.
He is survived by: his wife Libby H. Sullivan; his children, Cecil N. Sullivan of Jefferson, SC, Harvey P. Sullivan (Tina) of Lexington, NC, Stanley Sullivan (Vicky) of Albemarle, NC, Billy Honeycutt of Jefferson, SC and Virginia D. Coombes (James) of Jefferson, SC; his grandchildren, Ashley Thomas (Donnell), Michael Sullivan, Tiffany Sullivan, Devin Mills, Jackie Williams (Lori), Troy Curry, Tara Correia, Justin Sullivan, Kyle Sullivan, Daniel Sullivan and Amanda Sullivan; his great grandchildren, Camren Sullivan, Isaiah, Emily Thomas, Dalton, Gracie Sullivan, Oakley Waisner, Zane Correia and Rave Correia; and his sisters, Joyce S. Wilson of Indian Land, SC and Linda Jenkins (Kenny) of Mt. Croghan, SC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
