He was predeceased by: his parents, Huitt F. Chisholm and Diane Frances Simpson Chisholm. He is survived by: his wife Glorian Chisholm; his sons, Zachary Chisholm (Bethany) of Patrick and Spencer Chisholm (Chase Kirkley) of Patrick; his grandchildren, Scarlet Grace Chisholm and Myles Chisholm Kirkley; his son Derek Lewallen of Patrick; his siblings, Johnny Chisholm (Terri) and Dana Chisholm of Patrick; and his friends, Larry and Susan Perdue. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
