It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Parker Waters (Chesterfield, South Carolina), who passed away on September 16, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Parker and Margaret Sellers Chapman; her husband Troy Lee Waters; her stepfather Courtney Chapman, Jr.; and her pet Molly Ann.
She is survived by: her sons, Stevenson Kirkman-Howl (Keenan) of Rockingham, NC and Stewart Howle (Sharon) of Cheraw, SC; her grandchildren, Lauren Howle of Cheraw, SC and Dane Howle of Cheraw, SC; her siblings, Beverly Dickson-Hageman (Oliver) of Lamar, SC, Lenora Parker Lewis of Cheraw, SC, Jo Ann Guerra of Cheraw, SC, Richard Chapman (Denise) of Cheraw, SC and Courtney Chapman of Rockingham, NC; her half-brother John Darwin Parker of Rockingham, NC; her close friend Walter Childers of Wallace, NC; and her stepsons, Lloyd Childers of Rockingham, NC. and James Childers of Rockingham, NC.. She is also survived by mother to her sons.
