He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Tarlton and Mary Jane Boone Tarlton; his son Ronnie Dale Tarlton; his grandson Connor Davis; and his sister Pauline Oliver.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Tarlton; his daughters, Cynthia Roscoe of Cheraw, SC, Darlene Davis of Chesterfield, SC and Kathy Moseley (Tony Williams) of Myrtle Beach, SC; his daughter-in-law Karen Tarlton of McBee, SC; his grandchildren, Matthew Davis (Kerri) of Chesterfield, SC, Jamie Moseley (Christian) of Lancaster, SC, Heather Tarlton of Chesterfield, SC, Amber Moseley of Lancaster, SC, Christy Tarlton (Chris Bryant) of Chesterfield, SC, Layla Lumbleau and Victoria Sellers; and his pet Bo. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials my be made to Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home to assist the family.
