He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Fred Jenkins and Susie Moore Jenkins Rodgers. He is survived by: his wife Faye Jackson Jenkins; his children, Beth Wingate (Markus) of Pageland, SC, Stacy Jackson (B. J.) of Ruby, SC and Richard Gaddy (Jennifer) of Chesterfield, SC; his grandchildren, J. P., Kal-El and BoBo; and his siblings, Rev. Ricky "Sweet" Jenkins (Joyce) of Ruby, SC, Randy Jenkins (Amy) of Cheraw, SC and Margie Black (Michael) of Mt. Croghan, SC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and his beloved fur babies.
