He is survived by: his children, Marjorie Beth Butkiewetz (James) and Derrick Chaffin of Rockingham, NC; his daughter-in-law Michelle Ormsby of Connecticut; his grandchildren, Emma, Daniel, Halia, Autumn and Olivia; his sister Priscilla Ormsby of Maine; and his friend Ann Gatti.
