With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Floyd L. Gainey (Chesterfield, South Carolina), born in Jefferson, South Carolina, who passed away on March 8, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd E. Belk and Edna Gainey Belk; and his nephew Joey Lynn "Chub" Belk. He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Belk (Barbara) and Bobbie Laney (Michael) of Jefferson, SC; and his nieces and nephews, Crystal Estes (David), Nicole Vasquez (Pedro), Penny Trotter (Roy), Brandy Donahue (Sandy), Kathy Belk, Brandon Laney (Melissa), Brent Laney and Keith Belk.
