He is survived by: his wife Dianne Oliver Boatwright of Hartsville, SC; his son Phillip Boatwright (Lori) of Hilton Head, SC; his granddaughter Mari Pennington Bpatwright (Logan Blair) of Jersey City, NJ; and his siblings, Robert Wayne Boatwright (Francis) of Cheraw, SC, Sylvia Wallace (Elmer) of Chesterfield, SC and Wanda Lewis (Wilson) of Chesterfield, SC..
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the The Chapel. A reception will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his honor to Grace Home Women's Recovery Center, 501 Ltd.
