He is survived by: his parent Annie Lee Shaw Lewis; his daughters, Beth Lewis Flowers and Erica Lewis Rayfield (Derek); his grandchildren, Claudia Flowers, Carlee Rayfield, Avah Flowers and Carolyne Greene; and his sisters, Kathy Wilkerson, Barbara Gooden, Carolyn Roscoe of Patrick, SC and Debbie Hurst (Jack) of Chesterfield, SC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
