She was predeceased by: her mothers, June Smith and Martha Bowen Smith; and her son Samuel. She is survived by: her siblings, Ruth Williams and Harrison Smith; her brothers-in-law, Sandy Weatherford and William J. O'Neal; her husband Sammy Weatherford; her daughters, Julia Irene Morton of Patrick, SC and Patricia Ann Gainey of Patrick, SC; her brother Rev. Dennis Smith (Barbara) of Hamlet, NC; and her brother-in-law Enoch "June" O'Neal. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
