He is survived by: his girlfriend Lois Aeby; his sons, David Campbell, Jr. (Samantha) of Florence, SC, Brian Campbell (Leigh) of Hartsville, SC and Joe Campbell (Tara) of Cheraw, SC; his grandchildren, Annsley Campbell, Lucas Campbell, Levi Campbell, Cash Campbell, Aubrey Campbell, Gray Campbell and Lex Campbell; his niece Emily Campbell of Clemson, SC; and his nephews, Dylan Campbell of Cameron, NC, Bulldog and Thatcher.
