He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James, Sylvia Lewis, Malcolm and Myrtle Tyner. He is survived by: his parents, Orin Johnson of Patrick, SC and Cynthia "Cindy" Lewis Johnson; his sister Kacy Johnson of Hartsville, SC; his nephews, Dakota Butler and Thomas Butler; and his niece Taylor Butler. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
