He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Windham Collins; his children, Carson "Perry" Collins, Jr., Connie Frances Collins Stewart (Greg) of Wallace, SC and Carolyn Lynn Collins Million (David Ray) of Myrtle Beach, SC; his grandchildren, Kevin Stewart (Victoria Moody), Amber Leann Stewart, Timothy Adam Stewart (Tasha), Rebecca Hunter and Brett Hunter (Hannah); his great grandchildren, Bentley Stewart, Hannah Stewart, Taylor Velasquez, Layla Velasquez, Lillie Velasquez, Eric Stewart, Nicole Stewart, Jaxon Hunter and Sophia Hunter; and his siblings, Larry Collins of Landis, NC, Terry Collins (Gail) of Chesterfield, SC, Katie Lee Blackmon of Chesterfield, SC and Clara Mae Conyons of Kershaw, SC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
