He is survived by: his friends, Dale Earnhardt, Sr. and Carroll; his wife Joyce H. Smith; his sons, Randy Smith (Amber) of Winston Salem, NC and Jerry Smith (Samantha) of South Congaree, SC; his grandchildren, Andrew Smith, Jeffrey Smith, Amanda Smith, Caseylee Smith, Tyler Arnold, Eddie Duncan, Megan Duncan, Justin Stroot and Jessica Tish; and his sister Patricia Smith Poteat of Inman, SC..
