He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Sikes and Viola Williams Sikes; and his siblings, Carol Weaver, Frances Hudson, Sara Snipes and James Mitchell "Mickey" Sikes.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila F. Sikes; his daughter Amy Ricketts (Mitch Wilson) of Ruby, SC; his grandchildren, Courtney (Mitch Watson), Destiny (Austin), Skylar, Zachary and Trinity; his great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Emma, Michael, Brooklyn, Kingston, Ivy, Ny'Elly and Sadie; and his nephews, Eric, Ken and Jeremy.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Miller Rivers Caulder Funeral Home (318 E Main St, Chesterfield, SC 29709). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel (318 E Main St, Chesterfield, SC 29709). A burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at the Center Grove Baptist Church Cemetery (22971 SC-9, Mt Croghan, SC 29727).
