He was predeceased by: his parents, Duncan Ratliff and Lucille Gulledge Ratliff; his sons, Billy Ratliff Jr. and Brent Ratliff; his siblings, Iris Deese, Nell Wilkerson and Dean Ratliff; and his niece Wendy Wilkerson Sellers.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie B. Ratliff; his son Johnny Hartwick (Lydia) of Hartsville, SC; his grandchildren, Zachary Hartwick of Charleston, SC and Sierra Hartwick of Hartsville, SC; his great grandchild Annaleigh Wallace; and his sisters, Joyce Mills of Ruby, SC and Janice Parker of Chesterfield, SC.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Miller Rivers Caulder Funeral Home (318 E Main St, Chesterfield, SC 29709). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel (318 E Main St, Chesterfield, SC 29709).
