She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harrison "Duke" and Betty Faye Wilkes Stafford; her son James Lawrence Stafford; and her brother James Arnette Stafford. She is survived by: her son Bernhard J. Stafford (Jamie) of Chesterfield, SC; her granddaughter Amelia Stafford; and her sister Betty Sue "Susie" Stafford of Charleston, SC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
