He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Hershel Sullivan and Inez Proctor Sullivan; his son Wallace Terry Sullivan, Jr. (Wally); and his siblings, Hershel, Wayne, Dexter Sullivan and Linda Sullivan Lucas.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Mullinax Sullivan; his daughters, Kimberly Sullivan Everall and Tracey Renee Sullivan; his brother Michael Sullivan of Chester; his grandchildren, Mikayla Sullivan (Anthony Griffith), Chase Everall, Zane Everall, Lane Sullivan, Jacey Evans, Maddison Evans and Cameron Gardner; and his great grandchildren, Amelah Griffith, Layken Griffith, Colton Griffith, Maverick Gardner and Emma Gardner.
