He is survived by: his wife Diana York Wortham; his brother Barry Stephen Wortham (Kathy); his children, Joshua Nash Wortham (Geoffrey Waugh), Rob Tanner Wortham (Lisa) and Terresa Jo Wortham Gross (Randy); his stepchildren, Joseph Mathew Mattick (Elizabeth Weber) and Carolyn Sue Mattick (Zachary Hughes); and his grandchildren, Abigail, Cylus and Isabella. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
