He is survived by: his wife Linda Martinez; his siblings, Mike, Ken, Steve, Debi and Marcia; his grandchildren, Ava Lorraine Campbell, Jaxson Robert Campbell, Isaiah Lee Campbell, Elijah Samuel Scroggs, Luke Alexander Scroggs, Josiah Richard Scroggs, Caleb Robert Scroggs and Sarah Lynn Scroggs; and also, Kristin, Mark Campbell, Sam and Madeline Scroggs.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for a donation for the medical expenses during the cancer treatments.
