Though Robert may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Aaron Boyd and Mary Elizabeth Orr Boyd; and his siblings, John T., Cyrus W. Boyd and Arlene Boyd.
He is survived by: his son James Arthur Boyd (Lisa Marie Cassel); his nieces, Tiffany Boyd of Chester and Angela Burden (John) of Chester; and his sisters, Mary Funderburk (Hazel) of Great Falls and Frances Ursery of Tampa, Florida. He is also survived by numerous other nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:50 PM at the Pleasant Grove Presbyterian Church Cemetery (1660 Pleasant Grove Rd, Chester, SC 29706). A graveside service will be held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
