He is survived by: his children, Richard E. Bland, Jr. (Sharon), Columbia, Dwayne Charles of Conway, SC, Jon Hall (Kelly) of Chester, Melissa Locklear (Weldon) of Chester, Peggy Hinson (Billy Groves) of Chester, Donna Bland (Matt Keenon) of Chester and Kimbrella Jude of Conway, SC; his brothers, George B. Bland of Chester and Jimmy Bland of Chester; and his sisters-in-law, Anita Bland, Barbara Jo Bland, Darlene Greene (Dennis) and Peggy Stapleton. He is also survived by twenty four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
