He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Alexander McWaters and Vivian Faye Mosley McWaters; his wife Eunice Barrett McWaters; his daughter Misty Miller; and his siblings, Michael McWaters and Lorraine McWaters.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Miller (Anna) of Lockhart, SC and Alex McWaters (Heather Bolin) of Chester, SC; his grandchildren, Timothy, Dustin Helms, Brooke, Kolton Miller, James, Anthony and Alexandrea McWaters; his great grandchildren, Nathaniel and Axel Helms; and his siblings, Debra Alley (Billy) of Chester, SC, Alvin McWaters (Debbie) of Fort Lawn, SC and Doug McWaters (Pat) of Blackstock, SC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
