We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2024, at the age of 75, Noah H Smith (Chester, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Noah is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Noah's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Spence Smith; his mother Vera Sanders Smith of Chester; his children, Noah H. Smith, Jr. (Beckie), Chance Smith (Erin Sawyer) and Pacia Smith (Steve Gardner) of Rock Hill; his brother Floyd Smith (Carol) of Great Falls; his father Thomas Woodrow Smith; and his brothers, Thomas F. and Lannis E. Smith. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pollard Funeral Home (115 York St, Chester, SC 29706). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Spence Cemetery.
