It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Frances Chandler Elkins of Chester, South Carolina, born in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on March 24, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyce Chandler and Johnnie Wilson; her sisters, Patricia Shirley and Elaine Franklin; her son Robert H. Elkins, Jr.; and her grandson Christopher Michael Elkins.
She is survived by: her husband Robert H. Elkins, Sr.; her daughter Tonia Elkins Shoffner of Rodman, SC; and her daughter-in-law Kim Elkins of Daytona. She is also survived by four grandchildren,; seven great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
