He is survived by: his wife Margie Ann Westerhof Dickson; his children, Scott Westerhof of Chester, SC, Matthew Westerhof of Kansas City, MO and Monica Smith (Vince) of Bettendorf, IA; his grandchildren, Ryleigh Westerhof and DJ Westerhof; his sister Susan Dickson of Charlotte, NC; his nephew Chet Dickson; and his niece Leslie Battle.
