She was predeceased by: her parents, Avon Lee Stephenson and Donnie Laura Green Stephenson. She is survived by: her husband Dale Cook; her children, Beckie Disanto (Noah) of Chester, SC, Will Hopkins of Columbia, SC, Dale Madison Cook (Karena) of Lexington, KY and Andrew Nathaniel Cook of Gaston, SC; and her grandchildren, Tristan Disanto (Brandy) of Rock Hill, SC, Farria Maria Hopkins (Josh) of Lexington, SC, Madison Chavis, Whitney Elliott, Dylan Burke, Braylan Burke and Kendall Cook. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
