He is survived by: his wife Wanda Kirkland Patrick; his children, John (Cheyenne), Andrew, Leroy, Alicia (Cleon) and Stephen; his grandchildren, Tyler (Kyleigh), Trenten, Marayah, Quinten, Zachary, Lilianah, Paisley and Emma; his siblings, Teresa Johnson (Dave) of Chester, Debra Ernandez (Hughie) of Richburg, Karen Horne (Chris) of Richburg and Scott Taylor; and his nephew Tim Rash.
