She was predeceased by: her parents, James O. Foster and Martha Dover Foster; her son Richard Loftis; and her siblings, Juanita, Faye Westmoreland and James Stamey.
She is survived by: her husband Ricardo "Rick" Loftis; her children, Carl Loftis (Christina) of Tenn, Paul Loftis (Lauren) of Myrtle Beach, Treasa Lewis (Shawn) of Columbia and Sherri Loftis (Curtis) of Chester; and her brother William Eugene Foster (Evelyn) of Gaffney. She is also survived by her 21 grandchildren.
