He was predeceased by: his parents, John Franklin Locke, Sr. and Nancy Mae Thomas Locke; his grandparents, Henry Jefferson Locke and Margaret Annie Simpson Locke; his great-great-grandparent Josiah Locke; his grandfather H. J. Locke; and his brother John Franklin Locke, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Carolyn Knox Locke; his children, Dean Locke Jackson (Steve) and Tommy Wesley Locke (Marsha); and his grandchildren, Jordan Locke (Sara), Julie Locke Chapmon (Bryson) and Margo Jackson.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at 3594 Lancaster Hwy, Richburg, SC 29729.
