He was predeceased by: his father Carey M. Metts. He is survived by: his mother Madeline Burns Metts of Hendersonville, NC; his children, Haylee Metts of Lancaster, SC and Elijah Metts of Rock Hill, SC.; and his siblings, Bob Metts, Brian Metts, Carey Metts, Leonard Metts and Loretta Parshall.
