She was predeceased by: her parents, John Carl Wilks and Bessie Mae Taylor Wilks; her husband Joseph Edison Bell; and her siblings, Carl Thomas Wilks, William Wallace Wilks, James Eli Wilks, Mary Eugenia Rust and Sarah Frances Ferguson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Louise Bell Cornwell (Hughes) of Carlisle, SC and Alma Lee Bell Booterbaugh (Ron) of Alexandria, VA; her grandchildren, Brandon Lee Booterbaugh (Valerie) of Woodbridge, VA and Brittany Leigh Booterbaugh of St. Petersburg, FL; and her great grandchild Gracie Leigh Booterbaugh. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
