It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Uree Stacey (Chesnee, South Carolina), who passed away on December 23, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Blackwell and Nellie McKinney Blackwell; her children, Kathy Stacey, Sharon Kaye Stacey, Benny Stacey and William Stacey; and her siblings, Uvilda Vicars, Eunice Sibbett, Iva Jean Carswell, Gary Blackwell, Shirley Ray Blackwell and Shirley Joe Blackwell.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy Stephens (Jerry) of Chesnee; her siblings, Gail Hames (Gerald) of Chesnee and Grady Blackwell (Elizabeth) of Chesnee; her daughter-in-law Sandra Stacey of Chesnee; her sister-in-law Frances Thorn of Chesnee; her grandchildren, Jennifer Whitaker of Chesnee, Billy Stacey of Chesnee and Dawn Guy of Boiling Springs; her great grandchildren, Logan, Landon, Hannah, Haylee and Bayleigh; and her great great grandchild Weston. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and children.
