He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Blake; and his brother Kenneth Blake. He is survived by: his wife Emily Bennett Blake; his mother Ruth Tucker Blake of Inman; his daughter Heidi Blake of Mayo; his sister Anita Blake of Inman; and his granddaughter BrenLee Dawkins.
