She is survived by: her children, Ray Wes Scruggs (Rachel) of Chesnee, Billy Ray Scruggs (Angie) of Chesnee and Tammy Sue Parker of Chesnee; her brothers, Jim Earl Sanford (Jane) of Boiling Springs, SC and Timothy Mark Sanford (Teresa); her grandchildren, Ashton Payne (Justin), Alyssa Parker, Jorden Parker, Brittany Scruggs and Tamara Scruggs; her stepgrandchildren, Blake Abernathy and Isaak Clement; her great grandchildren, Kendall Parker, Kirah Payne and Layla Payne; and her nephews, Shawn Sanford and Kyle Sanford.
